CARNAVAL PUNTACANA

Started in 2008 and held annually during the second week of March, the Punta Cana Carnaval is the result of the Corporate Social
Responsibility program of . Developed by the Grupo Puntaca Foundation, the Punta Cana Carnival is a cultural contribution to the
country and seeks to promote Dominican culture and folklore throughout the world, especially to the thousands of tourists visiting

The Art Exhibition at Puntacana International School is an annual initiative that seeks to promote art and culture, as they play a crucial
role in the education of students by providing them with a wide range of benefits and learning opportunities. Artistic expression fosters
creativity, imagination, and problem-solving skills, allowing students to explore and communicate their emotions in unique ways.

This year, the exhibition is based on artistic expression using techniques with recyclable materials focused on endemic animals of the
Dominican Republic, creating wonderful ways to combine art with environmental awareness and the appreciation of biodiversity. This
initiative allows students to explore the unique characteristics of native animals in their country, learning about their importance to the
ecosystem and promoting the conservation of these species.
