1. How many restaurants does The Westin Puntacana Resort have?

The Westin has two restaurants on the property:

Ananí Restaurant in the Lobby & Brassa Restaurant facing the beach. In addition, it has a bar in the Lobby, a bar in the pool and beach area and a cigar bar. Our guests have access to the other restaurants within the Resort: Playa Blanca Restaurant, The Grill Restaurant, Bamboo Restaurant in Tortuga Bay and La Yola Restaurant.

2. What are the restaurant schedules?

  • Ananí Restaurant: 7:00 am - 11:00 am (breakfast only)
  • Brassa Grill Restaurant: 12:00 m - 5:00 pm (Lunch) & 6:00 pm - 10:30 pm (Dinner)
  • The Grill Restaurant: 5:00 pm - 10:30 pm (Thursday & Monday) | 10:00 am to 10:30 pm (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
  • Playa Blanca Restaurant: 12:00 m to 6:00 pm (Wednesday to Monday)
  • Bamboo Restaurant: 6:30 am-11:00am (Breakfast), 12: 00m - 5:00 pm (Lunch) & 6:30 pm -10: 30pm (Dinner)
  • La Yola Restaurant: 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm (Tuesday to Sunday)

3. Are dogs allowed at The Westin Puntacana Resort?

Yes, we accept dogs at The Westin for hotel guests only. There is a US$50 per stay charge for dog admission. Your pet must not exceed 25 kg and it is not allowed to be in the food & beverage areas, beach or pool. In addition to this, we have dog kits subject to availability.

In case your pet is a companion dog, it must show the proper certification at the time of registration at the hotel. In this case, you will not have to pay the stay charge.

4. Does the hotel provide COVID-19 tests?

Yes. We have a third-party provider called Puntacana Doctors who has a dealership on the hotel premises. It offers the following testing options for COVID-19:

  • Regular PCR test (48 to 72 hours) - US $ 100
  • PCR Express test (24 to 36 hours) - US $ 150
  • Antigen Test (same day results) - US $ 50

To schedule an appointment, you must visit the link www.puntacanadoctors.com and click on "Request a date for a COVID test". Once this is done, you will receive a confirmation with the time and date of the appointment.

5. Do you have an airport shuttle o car service?

We have the assistance of an external transportation service called Best Day Travel that offers airport-hotel-airport transfers for a cost of US $ 20 for 1 to 4 people in a private Vanette. 6. Does the hotel offer an all-inclusive package and what are their prices?

The Westin Puntacana offers the following meal plans with a selection of standard drinks:

  • Breakfast only - US $ 19 per person per night
  • Breakfast and dinner - US $ 49 per person per night
  • Lunch and dinner - US $ 49 per person per night
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner - US $ 83 per person per night

7. Only guests are allowed to use the hotel facilities or visitors can also have access?

The use of The Westin Puntacana facilities is only for guests, owners and long-term tenants at Puntacana Resort. For visitors who do not meet these characteristics, there is a Day Pass with a cost of US $ 65 per adult and US $ 32.5 for children from 3 to 12 years of age. This includes lunch and national drinks during it, as well as access to the pool and beach from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

8. Does The Westin Puntacana Resort have a Club Lounge or Executive Floor?

This property does not have a VIP Club Lounge or Executive floor.

Puntacana Resort has a Six Senses Spa, located in the Club House of our La Cana Golf Course that offers its services to The Westin guests with an additional charge.

Our main protocols include:

  • Use of personal protective equipment by all our collaborators
  • Frequent hand washing by our collaborators
  • Rules of social distancing in all areas of the hotel including common areas, beach, pool, restaurants and bars.

12. Is internet cost-free at your hotel?

Yes, our internet service is free. We have a speed of 10-20mbps.

13. Is this a non-smoking property?

Yes, our hotel is non-smoking. However, we have our Cigar Bar Don Queco as an exclusive area for smokers.

14. Does this property have a gym facility?

Yes, we have our Westin Workout Fitness Studio exclusively for hotel guests. Open from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm every day. Requires prior reservation with a maximum of 1 hour and a maximum capacity of 3 guests at the same time.

15. What is the entry fee to visit the Indigenous Eyes Ecological Reserve?

16. How can I rent golf carts?

Golf carts can be reserved through Best Day Travel, a third-party company that offers this service. The Customer Service desk is located in the Lobby, near the entrance of our Ananí Restaurant.

All rooms have a minibar stocked with snacks and drinks for your consumption, with an additional charge. We also have the availability of empty refrigerators with an additional charge of US $ 10 per day.

19. What are the hours of the pool & beach?

Our beach and pool are open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

20. Do all of your rooms have ocean view?

All rooms have a partial ocean view from the balcony or terrace of the rooms.
